Full course description

This course is designed to instruct Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers how data and testing from Sports Science and Performance specialists can impact the rehabilitation process following injury.  Topics will include how workload monitoring with Catapult can be applied during the return to sport phase of training following injury; interpretation of strength assessments with isokinetic and hand-held dynamometers, crane scales, NordBord and a ForceFrame; force plate testing; and nutrition for the injured athlete.  In addition to lecture, the course will have live demonstrations with explanations on the interpretation of the data.  In-person and hybrid options are available. The in-person course is limited to 50 participants.
