Full course description

This course equips faculty educators and rehabilitation practitioners with practical strategies and evidence-based guidelines to design and deliver effective simulation experiences. You’ll learn to dispel common myths, optimize resources, and apply best practices to strengthen learning outcomes, clinical competencies, and program rigor.

By the end of the course, you will have developed a complete simulation scenario based on an identified need—ready to deploy with the most appropriate modality, assessment method, logistical plan, and debriefing framework for maximum impact. Participants will have professional development materials suitable for use in a portfolio or dossier and a fully developed simulation aligned with established standards to support clinical preparation and training.
